Why Pet Hair Is So Stubborn
Unlike dust or loose dirt, pet hair doesn’t just sit on the surface. It works its way deep into the fibers of your car. Even after multiple rounds of vacuuming, you’ll still find little strands woven in.
What normally takes us 20–45 minutes of vacuuming in a standard wash can take three to four times longer when there’s excessive pet hair. This means instead of finishing your car within a regular wash slot, we’re looking at hours of extra work to get it truly clean.
Why It Falls Outside a Standard Wash
A normal wash is designed for light-to-moderate dirt and dust removal. Pet hair, farm debris, or heavily soiled interiors require a different level of attention. This can take 3–5 hours, especially when we’re dealing with farm living conditions or multiple pets.
As a result, we’ve had to rethink how we approach vehicles with heavy pet hair or extreme interior buildup. We’re more than happy to tackle it but need to be fair with time, resources, and the quality of service we promise.
As a result we recommend a Mini or Major Valet
For cars with excessive pet hair, we recommend booking either a Mini Valet or Major Valet service. This allows us extra time needed to give your car the thorough deep clean it deserves.
